F9 Infor365 - Customer First

We at F9 provide a web-based support system called Infor365 for our F9 and Vision customers and partners.

With Infor365 you can access 24x7 self-help services, search the knowledgebase, submit technical or application issues, and download updates - allowing you to achieve the business value you expect from F9.

New Customer?

To begin accessing the Infor365 site, all customers will need to first submit a request to be registered. From the F9 Infor365 Login page, simply select Account Request and enter the contact information. Once your request is processed, you can begin to access Infor365 with your email address as the login along with the password provided by F9.
