Transfer F9 Licenses

You can easily transfer an activated F9 license.

By deactivating F9 on the current machine, your F9 serial number is freed to be installed and activated at its new location. For more details and instructions, please refer to the document: F9 License Transfer (pdf).

Reactivate F9

Reactivation may be required in special cases where a license transfer is not possible.

This will occur for older 4.x installations of F9 (v4.1 or 4.5) that have been recently upgraded where F9 prompts for re-serialization. Another scenario would be to purchase and increase the number of your F9 licensed seats. To request for reactivation, please complete the F9 Reactivation form (.doc 682k) and fax (604-688-4092) or email the signed and scanned document to us.
