New Policies Regarding Upgrade/Update Downloads
We are announcing changes
to access and availability of upgrades and updates to the popular F9
product line. Beginning March 19, 2007, upgrades and updates will be
accessible only thru a secured download site.
Only
customers with current maintenance and support contracts in place will be
eligible to download the software and receive technical support services.
We
highly encourage all our customers to keep their support contracts
current. If your support contract has expired and you wish to renew it,
please send your contact details and product details to renewal@f9.com for
registration.
