Support Policy Changes

This notice is for customers who are in one of two situations:

1. Customers who have allowed their support contracts to expire and did not renew within two-years of their expiry date

or

2. Customers who purchased F9 but never activated maintenance and support within two years of the purchase date.

Effective April 1, 2007, we will no longer be offering maintenance and support renewals for the above situations. In lieu of this, we will be offering a consideration for the purchase of the latest versions of the desired product.
