F9, an Infor company, is advising all Canadian partners who are tax exempt for provincial taxes to forward their exemption form to F9 immediately.

We will apply the PST exemption to your resell orders. We have a sample of the Ontario Exemption Certificate form (PDF 18KB). for your reference. Please contact your local provincial taxation office for the form specific to your location.

Fax your complete form to 604.688.4092, attention Sam Barakat or email your scanned form to sam@f9.com .
