Step 1 - Look in the F9 Knowledge Base.

Our Infor365 Knowledge Base contains many problems and solutions about F9, Vision, Serduct Studio and Excel. Check the Knowledge Base.

Step 2 - Report Your Problem.
|
If your problem was not resolved with information from the Knowledge Base, report your issue with Infor365.

Step 3 - Purchase Extended Support
|
In North America, F9 provides free installation support for 30 days. For many of the accounting system specific versions, extended support can be purchased.

If you live outside of North America, or if you have purchased F9 Professional, the support plan will be tailored to your specific situation. Please contact us for details.
Please note, some accounting system vendors provide their own technical support for F9; you may however choose to purchase extended support from F9 (restrictions apply).

Daylight Savings Time (DST) and F9 - F9 relies on the operating system or accounting system database records for reporting time. Please ensure you have installed the relevant updates for Windows, your accounting software and relevant database(s). No update to F9 is required.
